Telehealth enables you to have appointments with your healthcare provider via a video chat. For therapy visits you will need to have a computer, tablet, or phone that has a camera and microphone as well as a stable internet connection.

Telehealth can be a good, convenient means of receiving therapy for many people. It can be beneficial for a therapist to see your home environment and for you to use items in your own home during therapy appointments. However, if you have difficulty using a computer because of light sensitivity or vision loss, in-person appointments are likely a better option.
Also, there may be reasons a therapist would like to see you for in-person appointments including use of specific therapy equipment, for assessments, or for hands-on treatment.
Contact us if you’d like to discuss whether you could be seen through telehealth.
